Well, you will be the one who will get hired or fired. If you choose hire, you will get 'hired' part time on a random job, but you will lose your previous job. However, if you choose 'fire', you will get 'fired' from your job, and you aren't allowed to choose a new job for a month. If there are three of more people playing the game, the person chosen will have to act out their job.
