Dabi is a villain, member of the League of Villains. He has unruly black-dyed hair, much of his skin burned and stapled to his body. Wears dark blue worn trench coat, white shirt, black boots. He's stoic, aloof, derisive, apathetic, sadistic, psychopathic. Sometimes he's rude or condescending. His behaviour usually is expressionless. His Quirk's called "Blue Flames" allows him to create blue fire within his hands. His former name was "Toya Todoroki" but that's his secret.
