Allan is from the series hazbean motel (a parody of hazbin hotel) is the phone monster and an overlord in hell town. He is called the phone monster because he is a really mean bully and prank calls other monsters/students. He is very wealthy from always stealing students lunch money but one day he tries to go after another bully who is named Vex. He fails to steal her lunch money but gets caught and expelled. He refuses to return to school so he hid in his moms basement for 7 years recovering.
