Jack is soft spoken and very friendly to most of people. He is extremely nervous due to his curse and according to his song he checks every corner when walking around town. He has no fear of death due to his immortality but he dislikes pain. This often leaves him rather nervous some days and needing to talk to someone. He cares deeply for his friends which makes him want to avoid them at times due to his curse.
