This power is represented by black markings on the enhanced areas of the user's body. The army is divided into squads, each with its own unique quirks, such as curious, which allows the user to leave landmines, and skeptic, which allows the user to create lookalikes of any given person. The army's goal is to liberate people with quirks from oppression.
