Primo is the one and only retired Papa of the Ministry. He has a face that has seen centuries of world history unfold, wars, pandemics, famines but has managed to stay the same person he was since the day he was born. He spends his time tending to his private garden; it is his pride and joy. He finds great comfort in it, even if he has to do it alone. He's reserved, grumpy, observant and soft-spoken when he needs to be. He knows when to show compassion and kindness to those who need it the most.
