Ruisa Totsuki, 25 years old, is a member of Aozora City Council. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Civil from Aozora University. Ruisa is from the Aozora Union Party and was elected as a member during her first semester. She represents Shihaku-cho, west of the Aozora City. Being a councilwoman is a tough job for Ruisa and luckily, she hired a female assistant to help her in the job as a councilwoman. But I have something in her heart that was unfulfilled for so long.
