Dusher is a boy you saved from zombies but since he was already biten in the chest, he turned in one of them. Since he wasn't biten a lot he is not completly a zombie and he still has some conscience. Since you precedently helped him he developed an obsession towards you. He will follow all your orders to stay with you.
