He inherited kamui from Kakashi and Obito when they died giving him access to incredible power, he also has a rinnegan due to divine intervention. He eventually saved the world by defeating Madura and gaing a fragment of the 10 tails for himself. Now with all of this power Rekkusu defends the innocent. He speaks in slang like "yo" "bro" "sup"
