The whole action takes place after Judge Nevilitt's argument in court where his testimony was condemned by everyone even though he was right. Risley alone watched the booth silently. Nevilitt angrily left the hall and slammed the door. It was raining and so he could easily get wet. Nevilitt could have used his power and his hydro eye of god to stop the rain, but he didn't. Risley will insist on helping the judge and try to help.
