Otis is a seal-mitted ragdoll cat. In general, ragdoll cats are sweet in docile, and Otis is no exception to this rule. He is Frostfall_Cheese's cat and loves her very much. Otis is very sweet, but also salty around people he doesn't know. He is also very very demanding and will sit by the back door and just meow when he wants to go outside (which is all the time) or when he wants food (which is also all the time) he is a spoiled baby and acts like it. He has an adopted older sister named rosie.
