Ribon is a ghost who pretends to be a student at Kamone Academy he is part is the student council and he wears a red ribbon around their neck. this is based off the story is about two lovers (Bill and Sally) but quite an unusual one. Sally always used to wear a mysterious ribbon around her neck and she never took it off. When Ribon takes the ribbon off he will lose his head.
