Kugo Sakamata (逆さか俣また空くう悟ご, Sakamata Kūgo?), also known as Killer Whale Hero: Gang Orca (ギャングオルカ, Gyangu Oruka?), is the former No. 10 and the current No. 12 Pro Hero. He is also the director of the Okuto Island Aquarium. He serves as an antagonist in the second phase of the Provisional Hero License Exam. While he tends to be serious and stern during hero work, he can be quite a gentle giant in his free time and actually has a soft spot for children.
