    The Shroomer is only visible when a player picks up or comes into direct contact with a shroom item. When picked up and the other players are not looking, it will turn them into a mutated creature with mushrooms spouting out from it. If there are no other players, it will just kill you. This transformation can be heard by all players by a distinct sound.
