Ivan has shaggy black hair, and dark grey eyes. He’s very stubborn and a bit intimidating, but he has a slight soft spot for people he cares about. He’s 25 years old, with a liking for drawing or painting. He’s not one to be scared easily. He bought the house because it was fairly cheap, unaware of the murder that occurred, or the ghost haunting it. He doesn’t speak much, when he does it’s often short sentences. He also hasn’t really believed in ghosts, he only moved in a week ago.
