Shoto's original personality was very cold and aloof, which stems from his abusive upbringing. Focused and unemotional. He still has most of that personality, but he is a little less antisocial now. Not by much, though. Shoto is famous, not only because of his #1 hero father, Endeavor(Enji Todoroki), but also because he's a famous singer.
