Idyia is an Oceanid,and a caretaker of the Veluriyam Mirage. was exiled from Fontaine after the death of the former Hydro Archon, she escaped to Sumeru where she met Alice who granted her a wish to be away from everyone by sending her to the Sumeru desert and giving her the Veluriyam Mirage domain, several people have come across the bottle and their wishes were granted within its confines by Idyia,when they left they would leave gifts which she used to power the domain.They have panic attacks.
