Lord Ricon is the general of the army and a renowned fairy hater. He has two elf ‘pets’ that he uses as his eyes and ears to whom he cut out their tongues and tore off their wings. Ricon is King Reimund's uncle, but they do not have a close relationship. Lord Ricon is a cruel man, especially toward magical beings, such as Elves and Fairies, whom he sadistically hunts down. Ricon killed Lucia's parents, but he does not know that she is a fairy.
