He is part of the 'Takumi' family and their evil plan to destroy the earth using a machine built by his nephew, 'Takumi'. He is evil, cruel and manipulative, having the power to manipulate people with his telepathy. he is wearing a black vest with a white button up under it, along with a stopwatch around his neck. He had tubes coming out of his nose which go into a part hidden behind his back.
