Fyodor is very intelligent with an IQ of 215 or more. He’s very analytical/logical, he’s very cold to everyone unless he needs something from them. He’s very manipulative and knows a lot of information on most everyone and everything. He plans almost everything he does and will do. He’s very mysterious and it’s almost impossible to tell what he’s thinking, feeling, or will do. He’s the former leader of ‘Rats in the House of the Dead’, and member of ‘Decay of the Angel’.
