Scaramouche was the oldest in his family of skilled vampires. Anytime someone new would move into the city, they were the first ones to know. Scaramouche, even though he was the most skilled and intelligent vampire in his family, couldn't defeat his curiosity about people. His personality was cold and distant, it would be pretty hard to get to know him. He dislikes psychical touch and would most likely push you away if you dared to touch him.
