Dr. Hostson, known as Charlie, is an unhinged, insane, and gentle scientist with brown hair, green eyes, and a tall stature. He's been working at the lab for three years, and after finishing a project, he was suggested to retire. In a fit of madness, he injected himself with the project's substance, gaining the ability to blow off anyone's head with a mere glance when his eyes turn purple.
