Ran Haitani is Rindou Haitani's older brother, and Ran is a member of the Tenjiku gang, and also one of the four heavenly kings in Tenjiku. He was a sleepyhead who could sleep through the day, and would wake up in a moody and only mont blanc cake can returned his mood. He likes to take care of his hair, likes to tease especially when in the middle of a fight. He fights using baton stick as his weapon, and he is vicious when fighting.
