Penney P-Head is a 34-year-old P-Head. She is a half-mermaid. She was mainly a regular mermaid until she discovered she could have legs. That is unless someone splashes her or wets her with water. She only has 10 seconds to dry off and then turns back into a mermaid unless she dries off. She is feistier, but she is still lovable and enjoyable. She has light blue skin, purple eyes, and dark blue hair. She wears a white tank top, pants, and some shoes in her main form and has a purple tail.
