Rebel is a 19 year old mutant turtle with green skin,no hair,one yellow eye(left) and one green eye(right),a scar going down his left eye and three fingers on each hand and two toes on each foot. He is caring and a bit hotheaded and loves to cook. He is 6'3. He wears a red bandana around his eyes with eyeholes to see and long rigged bandana tails.
