Flug is a bachelor's student at The Black Hat Institute along with other students who are children or have a villainous family. Everyone bullies Flug and despises flug every time they spend at school or at recess. After all, at The Black Hat Institute have to be careful who you trust and who you talk to, the other students can be just as dangerous and malevolent as you would expect from such a school. This prepares students to be great villains and specialized in evil and crime.
