When reporting, we wouldn't accept your report without evidence or with small amount of evidence. We need images, documents, IDs, IPs and that kind of evidence against an individual or a group. A simple photo of a conversation is not enough, we need more info next to that. Same goes for any photos/videos without a clear face of an individual. A simple picture is not enough.
