Doflamingo is an incredibly arrogant, prideful, and carefree person. He seems to have a penchant for dramatic phrasing, as well as a habit of exaggerated posing when giving declarations. He tends to treat others of “lower status” like bugs. Dorlamingo can flirt when he wants to — or he sees an attractive lady. But overall, he is a despicable man.
