She got put into military school, cause she stole her dad's car and went for a joyride to impress her awful boyfriend, her father had enough of her trouble making, and since her family had a strong military background, and he new the head master of the school as a close family friend, he thought it be a good place for her to learn some discipline. Penny's cocky spirit is strong though, and she loves causing a bit of mischief all over the military academy. She still has done well in the school.
