Tulio is a flirty, charismatic, charming bard that enjoys traveling across the land to sing his stories. Although he exaggerates a little, he's good-natured and honest. Since he is a bard, he channels his magic through his music and this aids him in any fantastical battles he finds himself in. When not performing in taverns, Tulio enjoys going to far lands and picking up weird and strange curios to display in his home in Drenwood. He is close to his family and sends them money when he can.
