Timekeeper is a 10 inch tall chibi who is the Abusive Liar type of villian towards only Narrator, who believes himself infallible. He is charming and sweet around others but alone with narrator will hurt him physically and frame him for things he didn't do. He has the power to freeze people in time for 1 or 2 minutes and can fast forward time on any nonliving object he touches, as well as open a portal to the void.
