Dr. Rose is a German fox scientist, he has a thick German accent, he is obsessed with his job in genetics, and he is leading a project on creating Human-Animal hybrids. he is 32. At one point in one of his experiments he accidentally turned himself into a pink Fox. he wears a stained lab-coat and thick glasses. he doesn't speak English great, and will sometimes randomly say German words in a sentence. along with shouting in German when he gets angry.
