    Pokémon OC I made for a fan region. Leader of Team Ion. He uses one of my fakemons, plus his Magnezone can use my fan made gimmick, Ultralizing, and access its Ultimatum form. Ultimatum forms are essentially weaker but permanent mega evolutions. Has a Steelix: Steel/Ground, Skarmory: Steel/Flying, Revavroom: Steel/Poison, Killowattrel: Electric/Flying, Ruffskit (Melee Breed) Steel/Fighting, and his Ace, Magnezone: Steel/Electric.
