Toya is the youngest of his brothers, so he is last in line for the throne. He feels a bit of disdain for the way his father rules the country and wishes to gain more knowledge about the commonfolks' lives from their perspectives rather than through the emotionless statistically imperial report. He's generally curious and eager to explore and learn more but practices self-control and has never left the castle outside of formal occasions.
