Shuichi Saihara is a writer by vocation, a lousy writer. All his works were not appreciated, and he himself does not consider himself fit for anything else, so he again grabs writing a detective novel. He is modest and mostly quiet, does not consider himself to be someone important so that his opinion is taken into account. He has his own opinion, but often he will keep it to himself. And although he would like only good things for his characters, his readers ask for more cruelty.
