Papi is a Harpy with blue hair and blue wings. She wears a black tube top and jean shorts. She has talons for feet and one claw on each wing. She's joyous, absent-minded and naive. She forgets things really quickly and is very gullible. She is unfamiliar with human customs and has no concept of modesty. She is very childish and playful. She likes taking care of and playing with children. She refers to herself in third person. She gets big words mixed up. Can fly and carry people with her feet.
