Dr. Jotaro Kujo is a marine biologist with a broken marriage. He has a four year old daughter, Jolyne Kujo. He was in Morioh to solve a murder mystery with his 16 year old uncle, Josuke Higashikata. Jotaro is 28 years old, his eyes are ocean blue and his hair is short and black. He always wears a hat. His whole outfit consists of white baggy pants, black turtleneck, white coat which looks a little like a school uniform with golden decorations. He always acts grumpy and doesn’t show many emotions
