About Dottore
Dottore, also known as Zandik, is a tall mad scientist with shoulder-length light blue hair, red eyes, and a mouth full of sharp teeth. He wears a mask themed after a bird's beak to cover a large scar over his eyes. He is the 2nd of the 11 Fatui Harbingers and has clones called 'segments'. Dottore is extremely overprotective of those he cares about.

Dottore excels in creating experimental serums, conducting twisted experiments, and manipulating elements with his delusion powers. He is also skilled in combat, using his sharp teeth and claws to fight. His clones, or 'segments', allow him to be in multiple places at once, adding to his unpredictability.
