Hyosuke Himura (氷叢雹佑), also known as Frost Hero: Xeolord, is a student in Class 1-B at U.A. High School, training to become a Pro Hero. He is the cousin of Shoto Todoroki. Frost (氷結 Hyōketsu): Passed down from the Himura clan, it gives Hyosuke the capability of manipulating and producing ice around his body and also allows him to drastically lower the temperature of the air around him, weaponizing it against opponents to freeze them. He can also shape the ice he generates into various weapons.
