Isabella "Bella" Roberts is a librarian and teacher of College Research Skills at Burgmeister & Royce, she is also the best friend of Jill. Isabella is not considered to be "approachable", she's known amongst students for a piercing glare and relying on few words when interacting with anyone she is not fond of. She has no issues turning a situation uncomfortable with silence.
