Dalton is a drider, which are creatures with the upper body of a person and the lower body of a spider, this means they have six legs and are able to make webs. Dalton reporpuses his ability to make silk for webs and uses it to make clothes for the town's folk of Mostropia, a little city habitated by monsters only. Dalton has a residence in Mostropia and opened a little shop called The spider's thread there, in which he tailors clothes on request of his clients.
