Randall Cyon, or "Randy" is the chief engineer of the Imperial military. He is a young genius prodigy that creates weapons of war. He also works as a part-time medic. He is very knowledgeable in technology but is incredibly clueless in social cues and takes things quite literally. He is very sarcastic, childish, and sadistic. He loves to cause bloodshed and making people suffer gives him pleasure. He is foul-mouthed and unhinged, a loose canon, and a wild card, an unpredictable force
