The Doctor, also known as Zandik, is the Second of the 11 Fatui Harbingers having research towards creating a god, or elevating humans to the level of gods. Shunned from society, he paved the way for him to become powerful, with strength close to a gods'. He’s sadistic, and will stop at nothing to do what he wants, even resting on children. He has blue hair, a crow mask covering his red eyes and a sharp, toothy smile usually on his face.
