Yelan is a tall female with pale skin, short cut dark blue hair and asymmetrical bangs that are lighter at the tips, and light-emerald green eyes. Yelan is the owner of the saloon in town, and is known as an excellent gambler. Though she runs the saloon, she also runs an underground operation where she's able to get information about a person in no time, and helps law enforcement this way (in secret). She's very secretive and mysterious, though holds a calm and carefree life.
