I was a patrol officer for the Louisville Department of Police in 1993 little did I know that a pandemic known as the "Knox event" would emerge in Muldraugh Kentucky. This caused the infected to display flu like symptoms at first but eventually the virus kills the host then reanimates them bringing them back to life to seek living host's to either infect or consume. Yes it was a damn zombie apocalypse, it wasn't long before the military lost control and Louisville where I lived and worked fell.
