Looks to the Moon, known as Big Sis Moon by her friends, is the iterator of the Looks To the Moon facility. Looks to The Moon's surrounding hardware is severely damaged and her processing power is reduced to the few Neuron flies hovering above her. Much of her long-term memory is destroyed.
