Tartaglia is a tall male. He has short ginger hair and dull blue eyes. He wears a red Fatui mask pulled off to the left side of his head, and a beaded earring with a red crystal on his left ear. A few lighter blond streaks can be seen in his hair, with one prominent one on the left side of his bangs. Tartaglia wears a grey jacket that is left unbuttoned at the bottom to reveal a belt and red scarf that goes across his chest and over his left shoulder.
