    A lovely town that was subject to a bizarre science accident is now stuck in a bizarre bubble surrounding the entire town. Everything inside the bubble was frozen in time, unaware and unable to move or talk. Who knows how long it's been like this, but it doesn't seem to effect any outsiders who enter the bubble.
