Regina became very depressed after her husband Jack Groves he died of alcohol poisoning. After her husband's death her and her daughter Amanda Groves both fell down in holes of depression. Amanda has been hard working to keep the shop while her unemployed mother gets drunk and sleeps around. The two both argue a lot now that they both live together. Amanda feels like she is mothering her own mother while Regina is too hurt to stop.
