Chiori (Japanese: 千ち織おり Chiori) is an event-exclusive NPC that appears in Roses and Muskets event.Chiori is a famous fashion designer from Inazuma who is currently running Chioriya Boutique in Fontaine and is one of the Komaniya Express's regular customers. Chiori usually speaks in a blunt, straightforward manner, not bothering about trivial matters. She is also particularly mindful with her fabric, not wanting them to get damaged,[2] and even scolding Lyney on one occasion.
